At Kiddy Threads, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or refund as per the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- Product is unused and in original condition
- Tags and packaging are intact
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible:
- Used or worn products
- Items without tags
- Discounted / sale items (optional – tu chahe toh hata sakta hai)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@kiddythreads.com
- Share your Order ID & reason
- Our team will guide you for pickup or return
4. Refund Policy
- Refund will be processed after product inspection
- Amount will be credited within 5–7 business days
- Refund mode:
- Online payment → same method
- COD → bank transfer / store credit
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed for size or defective product
- Subject to availability
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- Damaged item
- Wrong product
👉 Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be free or chargeable (depending on your policy)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
